The charm was a little smaller than I imagined it to be from the picture, but I still was very happy with this delicate and fun bracelet. Purchased as a Confirmation gift for a 14 year-old who values trendy and comfortable clothing/jewelry.

About

I am a German expat living in the UK and, thanks to my mum, have been creative in one way or another for most of my life. Her creativity was simply contagious and I cherish wonderful memories of making handmade presents for friends & family. We dabbled in painting on silk and ceramics, made candles, printed on fabrics, marbled paper, made papermache hand puppets, knitted, crocheted, sewed - and I could go on… (In hindsight I wonder how I ever had enough time to fit in school lol..)

I first got into jewellery making a few years ago, inspired by a necklace my mum gave me. Since then I've gotten rather obsessed with collecting beads and fabrics which are slowly but surely taking over the house, but I guess as far as obsessions go, it could be worse, right ?

In 2012, I decided to leave my day job and create jewellery full-time and, although it probably was the scariest decision I've ever taken, I have never looked back once. I know how lucky I am being able to do what I love most and don't mind the sacrifices this has entailed at times. I just can't imagine life without it anymore.. 😍

In early 2016 I started a new chapter in my jewellery making journey and fulfilled a long term dream of mine - I started taking silversmithing classes. It took no time at all for me to well and truly catch the bug and I am super excited to have finally registered my own unique makers mark with the London Assay Office for hallmarking in January 2017..

Frequently asked questions

Sizing details

Relevant to all 'sized' bracelets (mainly leather wraps)

My bracelet sizes refer to the measurement of the bracelet along the inside when the bracelet is done up as this most closely relates to the size wrist that will fit into it.
(Simply measuring the length of a bracelet is not a reliable indicator for size as different types closures or size beads can all change the way a bracelet will fit, despite being the same length.)

RULE OF THUMB:
★ adults: snug (!) wrist measure + up to ca. 1/2" = bracelet size for regular fit
★ kids: snug (!) wrist measure + ca. 1/4" = bracelet size for regular fit

Please note that many of my bracelets contain small parts and are not suitable for young children.

Happy Customers..

Making jewellery is very close to my heart and I want to make sure that all my customers are happy customers!
I will do whatever I can to address any issues that might arise - please do not hesitate to get in touch if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase so that I can suggest a solution and put it right for you!

Safety advice

I occasionally get enquiries as to whether my bracelets could be sized for young children or even toddlers and I just wanted to add a special note saying that, unfortunately, none of my inventory is suitable for young children. Most of the bracelets contain small parts which could be swallowed and would therefore pose a choking hazard.
