Chock-full of Beautiful

Hi! Welcome to Mireio. I hope you find something beautiful to call your own.

I reside in a lovely scenic town on the edge of the world (the North Coast of Oregon) where I live in charming vintage farmhouse with my husband, son, and assorted menagerie.

We're slowly, (very slowly), renovating our home and expanding our garden. And I find both of those ventures inspiring if a bit daunting! There is just something about an old house that sings to me.

Our home and garden are a large part of what I do---you'll see glimpses of our life in what I make and how it's photographed. I really do believe that the love we all share finds a way into Mireio on a daily basis!

I enjoy creating with "old things" (textiles, glass, lingerie), imagining new and creative ways to use them. But you will also find newer textiles inspired by the things that inspire me most: nature, flowers, love.

Mireio is a bit eclectic. But then, so am I.

All Mireio creations have a story to tell, are lovingly packaged, and quickly shipped. I want to you LOVE your purchase, so please let me know if there is any way I can make the purchasing process easier for you.

Returns and exchanges
Should your item become lost in the mail, please let me know before leaving feedback so we can work it out! It's important to me that my customers are happy, and I work very hard to create a terrific buying environment.

Items returned must be promptly returned (within 72 hours of receiving), unused, in their original packaging. Refunds are for purchase price only, less vendor fees. Shipping/Handling is only refunded in the case of a LOST package.

Custom work and Lingerie (due to the intimate nature of those items) cannot be returned.
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. However, I'm happy to reserve an item for up to a week. I'm easy to communicate with, so drop me a convo and I'll hold an item for you if you can't pay now.
Shipping includes a nominal handling fee. Excessive overages in shipping are refunded. I do combine shipping!! I try very hard not to gouge on shipping. If for some reason I have excessively overestimated the price to ship your box, you will be refunded promptly.

Shipping is stated on each listing. I typically ship faster than the processing times listed.

I like to ship Priority Flat Rate when I can. So, the more you order, the better shipping tends to be. But I'll ship Parcel Post if you ask!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Spa and Travel Pillows do ship Internationally. However, please be aware that they cannot be insured. I cannot replace lost or stolen packages---and international customers are responsible for any tariffs or fees levied by their governments. Please be certain that your country allows for the import of dried Lavender and Buckwheat Hulls--as some countries do quarantine dried goods.

As a seller on Etsy, I've worked hard to cultivate a wonderful shopping experience for each of my customers. And I take my feedback very seriously. So, of course I want to keep that shiny 5 Star Rating.

However, I do understand that sometimes things go awry. Maybe something isn't the size you thought it would be, or not quite the color you were expecting. Whatever the issue, I would love to hear about it BEFORE you leave feedback. Feedback left is for the ENTIRE shopping experience, not just the item you are purchasing: so it's important to me to make sure that you are absolutely delighted with the entire process.
