Accepted payment methods

Absolutely NO orders will be shipped without payment in full upfront.
If you're waiting for funds and would like an item to be placed on hold, please email me and let me know. I will hold an item for you for up to 2 days (48 hrs).
Orders are shipped first class - please allow at least 1 week for domestic orders, and at least 3 weeks for international orders (depending on location).
All orders are tracked by me; if you do not receive your package within a timely manner (please see above), please email me and I can give you an idea of the location of your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
* Please note. If there is an issue, please let me know immediately (within 1 week of receiving the item). I am happy to give a refund (which will include shipping costs) once I receive the item in question back.
