Welcome and thank you for visiting Mirrored Sky! All items are handmade, created by me and one of a kind! Some material may be upcycled or repurposed and I will give those details for each item in the description. If you have any questions, requests, comments, or concerns, please feel free to convo me.

I am a huge Tolkien, Brooks, Rowling and Abrams fan and love all things fantastical, wonderous, magickal and mind-boggling. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters. My inspiration comes from my head in the clouds approach at life and the women around me; my daughters, sisters, nieces and friends.
I have always loved to create in any type of art form and am more than thrilled, excited and wee bit scared to be launching out into my own little shop. I am sure it will be quite the adventure and I invite you along for the ride so, again, I invite you to my world...

International buyers will be responsible for local customs, duties, taxes, etc.
All items are shipped from North Carolina, USA.
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include a tracking number. Items are shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment during standard business hours 8:30 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. Tuesday-Friday. Items purchased on Monday, Saturday or Sunday or on a holiday, will be processed on next business day. Insurance is included on items/orders of over $100.00. I will notify you with the delivery confirmation via convo, once your item has shipped.
I am happy to ship to international customers. Please allow extra time for delivery (2 - 6 weeks) Please note that I'm not able to track an item once it has left US soil. All tarrifs, customs fees, and import taxes are the customer responsibility. Please check with your customs department if you are unsure if they will charge you a fee.
Etsy has recently added a 'report an issue' button on your receipt for your purchase. You may choose 'report non-delivery' or 'report item not as described'.
This DOES NOT send a report directly to me, but OPENS A DISCIPLINARY CASE against me by the Etsy Administration. There has been a lot of confusion (and heartache) here on Etsy due to this new and unclear option on your receipt.
If you have a question about delivery of your item, please contact me directly through the convo system, and we will get it resolved right away. As always, my goal is for you to be completely and utterly thrilled by your purchase!
Refunds and Exchanges
Should you need to return an item, I must be notified WITHIN 3 days after you receive your order. Please contact me for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Please return the item to me via USPS with a delivery confirmation number.
I wrap and package all items with the utmost care. In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of package so we may work something out. If on the odd chance the product arrives broken, the item must be returned for a full refund of the purchase price.
Should a circumstance arise where you are not happy with your purchase, I kindly ask that you bring it to my attention first before leaving any negative or neutral feedback. My ultimate goal is to make you happy and proud to wear one of my designs.
Should you need to return an item, the shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Upon receiving the returned item, and inspection of item for damage, the full cost of the item will be refunded via your PayPal account. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you'd like to exchange your item, I'll happily send you a replacement of equal value after the original item has been received back by me.
**There are no returns on Custom made items. I do my best to describe the product and showing it for what it is through pictures. If you need to cancel your purchase before you have made the final payment, 50% of your purchase is considered a non-refundable deposit as it goes toward cost of supplies and cannot be refunded.**
My items are one of a kind and handmade. I try my best to represent them fairly in the photos.
Due to health codes I cannot give refunds or exchanges on hair ornaments of any kind.
