Welcome to my little world where imagination and creativity makes me smile every day

Since childhood I have loved to paint, draw, cut colored paper, read stories and invent my own stories. I'm still that girl (with a few years more ^_^) but my creativity flowing between sweet and smiling characters, hearts, clouds and much, much color.

I remember the day when Miryoku became part of my life not to go anymore. He had always been there, I just needed a little push. In 2009 I decided to change my job and my friends given me a moleskine notebook. This notebook, from the way back home on the subway, began to be drawing my little diary factory and a dream ... to create my own brand.

I'm in love with Japan, kawaii sthetics, Naïf and pretty things, and looking for a name that could identify a word out ... "Miryoku" not only represents a part of my name (my name is Miriam, although my friends call me "Mir" ^_^) but also is a Japanese word meaning "I love it"

In 2011, Miryoku grew a little more and with my sister Noelia decided to leave our jobs and go on an adventure together creating Cute & Cut (www.facebook.com/cuteandcut - www.cuteandcut.com), original and special shop where we put all our energy and love to succeed.

All my pieces are made with great care so that the person receiving it can feel the love with it is made ​​and feel special.

I work with different materials but the main base is wood and polymer clay, combined with fabrics, buttons, ribbons, and other details.

I try to live my dream and keep dreaming to continue growing and to get up every day with a smile.

The orders will be shipped on the next 2 business day excluding weekends and holidays upon notification of your completed payment.

I ship all my orders using Registered Air Mail, a shipping method that can be traced, delivery confirmed and insured.

This mean the recipient would have to sign for the registered mail when it arrives. If you are not around, your local postal service will leave you a notification to collect the mail from your local post office. It is the customer's responsibility to follow through with your local post office in obtaining your order or arrange for re-delivery.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duty & brokerage costs imposed by Custom in your country.

I only ship to the CONFIRMED ADDRESS with PayPal. Please ensure your address is confirmed with PayPal before you buy. If you need me to ship to a different address, please drop me a note. Your order will not be shipped until I received your notification.

Please note that delays do happen due to holiday seasons and customs clearance.

All orders are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. I personally package all my items taking utmost care to protect them and wrap them safely and securely.

Please note that the colors shown on the listing offer a 90% accuracy of the actual colors palette of the product item. However, to my understanding, all computer monitors are different in size, color and clarity so the item may vary slightly from the picture as a result. If you are in doubt or particular and want a very specific shade of color, please email me before buying.

Lastly but not least, I care and value all my customers. If for some reasons you are not entirely satisfied with my products or services, please feel free to contact me. Customer’s satisfaction is my priority and I will try to resolve all the disputes amicably.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the order within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s). Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, insurance and use a traceable carrier that can provide proof of delivery. I am not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and unopened and received by me before refunds can be processed. I will issue a refund to you via PayPal for the value of the merchandise returned. I do not reimburse the original shipping charge on your invoice. You will receive an email notifying you that your PayPal account has been credited.

However, custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
