Sizing details

Size may significally vary between outifts. Consult the size chart of each outfit before placing the order. We are not responsible for wrong size orders.
Please use our sizing charts in the photo gallery of each product. If you are between sizes or unsure what size to order, don’t hesitate to contact us in case you need help with your size.

Shipping

Please make sure that the address you provided is correct. Misbehaved will not be responsible for items that are returned for invalid/ wrong address. If package is returned, you’ll have to repay shipping cost for us to ship out again.
FedEx does not deliver to PO Box, only to physical addresses, so please provide a physical or alternative address where you can receive your package.
Delivery Date is an estimate, not guarantee and will vary depending on mail delivery disrupt.
We work hard to ship orders within 10 to 16 days since your purchase. If it is available for shipping immediately, or sooner than that, we will contact to inform you.

What if I didn’t receive the parcel?

At first you could try to contact your local FedEx facility. Provide your track number and they will be able to tell you where your parcel is and how to find out the reason why it wasn’t delivered. After Shipping and informing the customer about the shipment tracking number, the receipt of the package is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you did not pick up the parcel for a long time, it could be sent back to us. In that case we can send it back on arrival but you will have to pay for the shipping again. MisBehaved do not refund in case the package is returned to us.
Misbehaved cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or breakage caused by post services, delays due to holidays or weather conditions, However, we can assist.

Changes / returns

We don't accept returns or exchanges
Because of the nature of these items, as concerns lingerie and lingerie outfits, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or changes for Intimate items for health / hygiene reasons. So you can feel safe that the product you have received has not been worn or used.

Cancellations / Refund

Request a cancellation of order and refund within 24 hours of purchase, after that we proceed to the completion of the order.

- In case the buyer does not receive his package for any reason.
- In case the package is returned for invalid/ wrong address or Unable to contact Fedex. If package is returned, you’ll have to repay shipping cost for us to ship out again.
