the hat is not so "open", looks more like a salad leaf spherical and veins of the leaves are a grid and not very realistic, they could be done better. But I can fix it :) the material is very nice and reliable seller

Payment
I currently only accept paypal and will only begin working on an item once the transaction is complete.
Shipping
I use USPS priority mail by default. I can ship overnight provided you pay for the extra shipping costs however, and if that's what you need let me know and we'll arrange that. Do keep in mind that I need time to make your order so plan accordingly. It averages me two weeks to make an item, but if you're not sure ask me. I've been known to work extra hard to fit a deadline.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final and unless you've requested shipping insurance the seller is not responsible for the item once it enters the post office's system. If you are unhappy with the product or there is a defect please contact me and we'll work something out.
