I picked this out for a Christmas gift. The photos don't do it justice! This is an amazing piece, but aside from that Mishelle was a dream to work with. She was kind, genuine, and quick. One of my guiding principles is reduce, reuse, recycle, Mishelle's work embodies that, and so beautifully. I was lucky enough to see other pieces she was working on, they were gorgeous. I love finding and transforming items (especially wood) to give them a new life. Used, worn-out or old pieces become new functional pieces such as an old wooden bowl becomes a beautiful yarn bowl.

Transforming items into new usable items saves it from being in a landfill! Each piece I do is one of a kind. I often look at the grains, size, finish etc to determine how it would best be used and displayed.
