Custom and personalized orders
Please allow 3-4 weeks for any and all items that are not directly in stock and ready to ship.
Custom and personalized items are non returnable after production has been begun.
Sizing details
Every strap and paddle is hand tooled, unique and individual. The Amish leather does have slight quirks with regards to coloring, thickness, hole size, cut lines and ties. If your strap or paddle has tiny discrepancies they only add to the uniqueness of your piece.
Shipping Estimates
12/19/2021 - Shipping continues to lag considerably. Standard Free shipping is First Class, so if you need your item quicker choose Expedited Shipping at checkout. You'll pay a tiny bit extra but get your item in a more timely manner.
Due to shipping challenges to international destinations, I have been forced to remove the cheapest shipping option, Global Shipping, due to long waits, package damage and unusually high rate of returns. I'm hoping this will be a temporary restriction only. If you have questions, please hit me up.
Returns and Exchanges
Miss Chris will gladly accept your returned item, as long as the item is unused and still in its unopened condition. Only unopened packages can be accepted for returns due to sanitary concerns.
