I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY PERSONALIZED ORDER - CAN I CHANGE IT?
We do ask you to take particular care when entering your details however we understand sometimes mistakes happen. If you have made an error please send an Etsy Message or email us ASAP at Support@MissJCustomDesigns.com.
We allow only 6 hours after you place your order to change your personalization details, due to orders going into production quickly. After this time we will do our best but cannot guarantee changes as your item might be in production. Unfortunately we cannot offer replacements or refunds for mistakes in orders where details are entered incorrectly.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
ALL products are made to order, and production time varies for each product type. Shipping time is dependent upon the shipping provider and delivery location but typically 2-5 business days. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, however, we will work with you and the shipping company - reach out ASAP if you notice an issue!
We sell a variety of products and it is best to look at each product specifically to see what the lead times are.
HOLIDAYS: Due to a huge number of orders and busy shipping suppliers, holiday season orders should add an additional 1-2 weeks for total processing time.
In rare instances production time can be 4-6 weeks, which will be noted in the product listing - be sure to read the full description.
HOW IS THE ITEM SHIPPED?
Most orders (to the continental US) are shipped through either FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS mail depending on availability.
HOW CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We do not accept exchanges due to products being made on demand.
Items mis-printed, damaged, or otherwise not usable will likely be available for a replacement - this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Be sure to message us or email us right after receiving your order, and include picture(s) of the item showing the problem area(s).
Invalid addresses cannot be refunded - be sure to include your correct delivery address.

Are custom ordered designs re-used?
For custom order requests, a $5 design creation fee will be added to the order price. I reserve the right to continue to sell the design that I have created, unless it is highly personalized (your personal photos or details, other other materials supplied by you, etc).
