Payment is securely handled by Paypal.

Payment is due before your order can be processed.
Shipping
Items will be shipped USPS parcel post most of the time.

Orders will ship in 1-5 business days.

I cannot guarantee shipment to any address other than the one Paypal sends me as the shipping address. If you would like to send something to an alternate address, please add the address to your paypal account profile when you check out and choose that as your shipping address.

Paypal policy states I must ship to the address on your paypal invoice, so please make sure to add any additional addresses to your paypal account and not your etsy account.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will refund if the item is damaged, if I sent you the wrong item, or if you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason (only within 30 days after your order). If a product is defective for some reason, please notify me immediately for a return product request. I'll need to inspect the damage within 30 days to offer a refund, so it is important that you contact me right away and get the item shipped back.

I do offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with an item you can exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.

The cost of shipping both ways, for any reason, is the customer's responsibility.
