Accepted payment methods
Payment must be received within 48 hours of the sale. If payment has not been made at that time, the sale will be cancelled due to lack of payment and the item will be re-listed.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT- I would like to note that Paypal has a new feature that lets you easily pay with your credit card without the need to create a Paypal account. When it’s time to pay, just click the Paypal icon, and choose the “I do not have a Paypal account” option. From there, you can enter your credit card information directly.
I will combine shipping charges for MULTIPLE purchases. If the cost for shipping an "additional" item is not listed..... please contact me BEFORE purchasing items & let me know which ones you want. I will then re-figure the shipping charges at a lower total cost & notify you by email.

For AVAILABLE items... I will ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. For CUSTOMorders (specific color, size, or personalized).... please allow me 3-10 days to make it... depending on how busy I am at the time.
UNITED STATES buyers:
I ship most items via USPS as a First Class Parcel UNLESS stated otherwise under "SHIPPING" for that individual listing. I may ship in a Flat Rate box or by Standard Post if either way costs less & that will be explained under "SHIPPING" for that particular listing. I may ship using Priority Mail or with a "Flat Rate Box" Priority box in appropriate size.... if it is cost effective OR if customer requests it. (see below)
PRIORITY or Next Day shipping:
if you need a faster method of shipping, please contact me PRIOR to purchasing so I might adjust the shipping charge to accommodate this means of shipping for you... thank you.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: USPS Tracking is now automatically included for all First Class Parcels as well as with Priority.... so that you & I can track your item from my post office to your place of delivery. I will send you an email with notification of mailing .... showing date shipped AND the tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL buyers (including Canada) :
If your country is NOT listed with the shipping cost .... please contact me PRIOR to your purchase with your location & items desired ... and I will be able to provide you with the exact shipping charges. I will always ship First Class Parcel WITHOUT any insurance or registration...so I cannot be responsible if something happens to your package.... UNLESS you want me to ship with insurance, registration ... please let me know PRIOR to your purchase as I will need to add additional charges to the shipping fee.
I do take the time to protect your item during the shipping process.... so it will hopefully arrive without any damage. Thank you.

Refunds and Exchanges
As of Oct. 30, 2015 PayPal in applying this change which will affect my "REFUND" capability.....
... "our (PayPal) send money functionality requires that the person receiving funds create a PayPal account in order to receive the funds."
I do try to take the best photos possible and to describe my items in detail, but if you feel I misrepresented the item, please email me right away so we can work out a solution. Also, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items of clothing or yarn items ... including hats, headbands, booties or baby blankets and cozies ..... once these items have left my smoke-free, pet-free home. But please email me if there is a problem & let me try to resolve it before leaving a negative or neutral "feedback". Thank you.
