Handcrafted pieces are works of art; I am constantly expanding my designs and the materials I use, creating infinite possibilities, and amazing results. Because each item is handmade there may be slight imperfections and some pieces may have slight differences. This by no means affects the quality of the product. 'Perfection' in every single craft can only be achieved in machine-produced items, not handmade crafts. No matter how experienced or talented the craftsmen, it is impossible to eliminate all small variations. However, this gives each piece a nostalgic character produced only by the unique variations of the slight imperfections in the crafting by hand. It's these variations, that make handcrafted items so desirable. Each slight variation and tiny imperfection is the mark of an artisan, a testament to the individuality of each work of art.

The Lillie Belle Boutique takes pride in the quality of the products we offer our customers.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any FULL price item, we will gladly accept it provided we receive it within 14 calendar days of item shipment date and refund you store credit or exchange it for another product. All returned products must be unused in new condition with tags still attached, along with the original packing list. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and a 15% restock fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. If we made an error in shipping you an incorrect product, we will waive the related shipping costs. Important: We cannot accept the return of any item with an indication that it has been used, worn or broken by the customer. TheLille Belle Boutique will not issue store credit for used items or broken items due the the negligence of the customer.

We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, and international locations.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Keep in mind that artisans do not create copies of images submitted from other websites. Depending on the situation, we may forward images to artisans so they can serve as inspiration for a new product, but we will never ask an artisan to recreate an item unless it is something that they designed.

Downloading a Digital Item

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.
