Payments are due at check out. At the moment I am only using PayPal for payments, You DO NOT need a Paypal account to check out. Thank you! :)
I ship through USPS , shipping can take 3-5 business days, so please purchase accordingly to any special event or holiday. Please keep in mind all holidays and weekends. Some times shipping times can be a little longer around the holidays. I am not responsible for late, lost or damaged items. Once the order leaves my hands at the post office, its no longer in my control. Please message me if you have any issues with an order. Thank you.
Refunds and Exchanges
No Refunds. For every necklaces is made to order, i can not offer refunds. * If your necklace happens to break, please collect in a bag , all parts or what parts you can find ( minimum of 6 beads ). I can re make your necklace. All I ask is for you to pay the shipping for both ways. I will do my best to replace any missing beads with the original used, but they could very slightly. *
