**Please note: These iron on decals are made with Heat Transfer Vinyl and as such require a little bit of labor from you :) Each color in a design is a separate cut and will require layering them during the application process. It isn't difficult or confusing, but items with multiple colors will have multiple pieces to apply. If you'd like more information about it before ordering, please send me a convo! **

*** ORDERING QUESTIONS ***
Q. How do I purchase multiples of the same item?
A. When you add it to your cart, just change the quantity number.

Q. Do your iron ons work on XXX?
A. The iron ons work on 100% cotton, 100% polyester or a cotton/poly blend. They will also work on drifit / tech running shirts, canvas, denim, fleece and ribbed materials. I can't guarantee the results on anything other than these.

Q. Can I get this in glitter? Can I get this larger?
A. I only sell larger sizes and the glitter upgrade on my website. www.missmorgandesigns.com.

Q. Do you offer a discount if I purchase XXX number of decals?
A. I offer a 10% discount when purchasing 10 or more of the same decal or 15 or more of different decals. If this is what you are ordering, please contact me before placing your order.

Q. Are you running any specials?
A. I usually only mention offers and specials through my Facebook page.

Q. Can I see a proof before ordering?

Q. Can I change the colors shown?
A. Yes, you can change the colors to anything in my color chart. Just mention any color changes in the comment box at checkout.

Q. Can I get this in a sticker/ sticky vinyl?
A. Unfortunately, I no longer carry regular vinyl, just the iron on vinyl.

Q. I'm putting this on a colored shirt, will that matter?
A. Yes and no. The designs are based on a white background/shirt. So any "white" in the design preview will actually be shirt color you're putting it on. The only exception to this is if the white is on top of TWO other colors (like the dots that are on top of a bow, which is on top of black head). Q. Can I get this design made smaller or larger?
A. For smaller, yes. Just mention the new size in the comment box at checkout. For larger, you'll need to order from my website for larger designs. I only offer the size up to the size listed in the listing.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of characters for personalization?

*** APPLICATION QUESTIONS ***

Q. How do I apply these?
A. For the specific layout of YOUR iron on, visit that items page. A link can be found on your receipt. There will be a section that says "Application Instructions". It will include the same video tutorial link as above as well as the specific layout order for your iron on.

Q. I washed my shirt and it's starting to lift/peel. What do I do?
A. This is not uncommon. There are several reasons why this happens. It could be that you didn't apply quite enough pressure when ironing it. It could be that your iron didn't get quite hot enough. If you bump up your iron to the next setting, let it warm up for 5-10 minutes and then try repressing it, you should find that it will do the trick.

Q. I messed up, is there a way to remove the iron on?
A. The short answer is no :( They're meant to be permanent. I've tried several different methods to remove an iron on and I haven't found a sure way of doing it yet.


*** SHIPPING QUESTIONS ***

Q. How long does it take to receive my items.
A. It's processing time + shipping time. Processing times are noted in the "Shipping and Policies" section of the listing and shipping time is approximately 4-5 days. However, the shipping time is an approximate and in some cases the post office can take up to 2 weeks to deliver. This is rare, but it does happen.

Q. When will my item ship?
A. Processing times are noted in the "Shipping and Policies" section of the listing.

Q. I need it by XXX date, will it reach me in time?
A. I can't say for certain, but if you figure out the BUSINESS days before you need it and then add the processing time + shipping time (about 12 BUSINESS days), it will give you a good estimate of if you still have time.

Q. Can you guarantee a delivery date of XXX?
A. No. As much as I would like to, once the package leaves me it is up to the post office to fulfill the delivery end, of which I have no control over.

Q. Can you rush an order to me?
A. Depends on what you need and when. I don't offer Express or Overnight delivery on etsy, only on my store website.

Q. If I order Priority shipping, will it get to me by XXX date.
A. Unfortunately, I can't say. The post office says Priority Mail is 2-3 days. HOWEVER-- it is not guaranteed and can in some cases take much, much longer.

Q. Has my package shipped?
A. If you look under "Your Account" and then click on "Purchases" you'll be able to see the status of your order as well as tracking information if it has shipped.

Q. It says my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it. Now what?
A. Unfortunately, there's not a lot I can do from my end. Once the order ships, I don't have any control over what the post office does with it. If you take your tracking number to the post office or your mail carrier, they can assist you further.

Q. It says my package was shipped, but that was XXX days ago. Now what?

Q. If I did not receive my order, can I receive a refund?
A. Unfortunately, no. :( I ship all my packages with Delivery Confirmation which shows proof that I mailed the package and fulfilled my end of the transaction. Your best option would be to talk with the post office and see if they can help you locate your package. I'm sorry :(

***REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/REPAIRS***

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. I will refund or replace for gross misrepresentation of the product and items damaged during shipping.

However, the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with inaccurate placement of the decal, and mislayered pieces or items not ironed down properly (not hot enough/too hot).

Q. I can't seem to get the iron on to adhere to the garment. Can I get a refund?
A. Unfortunately, no. If you're having a hard time getting it to adhere, your iron might not be capable of getting hot enough for a good stick to the garment. I would suggest borrowing a different iron from someone and see if that does the trick. If that still doesn't work, I'm willing to repair/fix your shirts. Convo me for details.
