About MissNebel

In February 2011, somehing that -at first- was mostly a hobby was beginning to outline. I started taking lessons on jewelry at various locations and with several teachers in order to learn different techniques. At first I just wanted to have greater ease when modifying jewelry, but after a while the freedom of being able to create from scratch my own pieces gained importance over the rest of my work.

On April 7th 2011, Miss Nebel started out definitively, founding the Etsy shop, the Facebook fan page in May and starting with the first markets. Since then, I have worked on different events, fairs, markets, have collaborated with some photographers and short films. And here we are, learning day by day and trying to do always my best and to slowly grow with more projects and ideas, happy to make people happy with my work.

On 2015, I leaved a wonderful stage behind to start a new one full of hope; dedicating myself exclusively to both my own silver creations and collections, to custom orders -all of them fully handmade jewelry-, and also to some other special pieces of other kinds that I always enjoy making. My works and designs are inspired by literature, cinema, history and influenced by different cultures and subcultures. All of them are hand carved and finished by hand,too.

Returns and exchange details
-If you find any inconvenience when you receive your order –and within the first 15 days-, please send me a message indicating the problem and we will see how we can solve it.

-Please note that I cannot make myself responsible for any used or manipulated item, or being in a different state than when it was sent.
Therefore, even when I pack all my items carefully, I cannot be responsible of any harm it may suffer while posted.

-No refunds or retuns for costume made items.

-If you did not receive your package within a reasonable period (2 weeks for Spanish peninsula, about 45 days for international shipping, and more than 10 days for express shipping) please contact me in order to see how we can solve it.

-For any other kind of issue, please contact me.
-I accept Etsy Payments, PayPal and payments through credit and debit cards.

-All payments must be done before the shipping is done. If the payment has not been done within the first 48h from purchase, order will be cancelled. If – for any reason- you cannot submit payment of the purchase, please send me a convo and let me know, so I can solve it.
- The main shipping method is registered mail through Correos España (Spain Postal Service) for both national and international shippings.

- In order to keep better tracking of the shippings and assure it safely gets to you, we are using aknowledgment of receipt in all registered mail shippings.

- Registered mail outside Spain: 1 week to 1 month or more depending on destination.
- Registerd mail within Spain: max. 2 weeks.
- Registered Express Mail Within Spain: 24-48h
- Registered Express Mail Outside Spain: 5 to 15 days depending on destination.
(Please notice this option is not available for some destinations such as US- CANADA- LATAM. But you have other options.)

- If you place your order from US -CANADA - LATAM and you want to Upgrade the shipping method to a faster one, you need to choose "Express US-Canadá-LATAM" option when checking out.

- If you want to upgrade to a Express method, you can do it in the check out. Please be aware that faster methods will also increase the final cost of your order and that the cost will vary according to destiny.

-Express method (Paq International Light - Correos España) takes around 3-7 business days (depending on destiny) with tracking from acceptance to delivery. This will be the default option for some pieces in destinies such as USA and Canada.

- International shippings done through registered mail may take 1 week to 45 days (sometimes more), depending on destiny location. Please take this into account when placing your order. Thank you.

- Once the parcel is sent, I will let you know the tracking number in a shipping confirmation message.

- If you need more information or your country is not in the shipping or upgrade options, please let me know BEFORE you purchase the item, so we can check options.

- Custom pieces may take 2 to 30 business days after the payment to be shipped. It depends on the time needed to make them.

- For stock pieces, the standard time is 1 to 10 business days after the payment.

- Any order will be sent by default to the address indicated in your Etsy order.

- May you have any doubt that is not clarified here, please do not hesitate on contacting me. Thank you.

Additional policies and FAQs
-Don't expose jewels to perfumes or any other chemicals (including soaps, gels or any other detergents, creams, lotions, disinfectants, etc.). Rubbing them with a clean and dry cotton cloth is enough to clean them. Do not wear them while washing up, while having a shower or going to the swimming pool.

-DO NOT SLEEP with the jewelry on, in order to avoid getting harmed with the jewel, or damaging it.

-Pieces are made of silver ( 925 sterling silver), brass, copper or bronce, if it is not indicated otherwise. You can see the material used in the description of each piece.
