My mama always told me that growing up, my grandfather would affectionately call her a sassafrass whenever she was acting particularly spirited.
Naturally, and as it usually goes, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and so I was also gifted the nickname ‘miss sassfrass’ by my mama for that very same reason.
Of course, the tradition continues and just as it should. I now have two daughters, the very littlest of all the sassafrasses and they are MAGIC makers.
Connecting all of us is that sometimes wild, forever free, always spirited nature longing to celebrate and savor the JOY and make our own kind of magic.
For me, true joy comes from pouring my heart into thoughtfully curating beautiful, safe and effective everyday personal care and household products that really work, are affordable AND benefit your health. From soaps to lip balm to kids emotional support rollers to seasonal staples, it's all here for you and ready for the taking.
5% of each sale goes to a different nonprofit organization each month, in an effort to continue to spread joy and make magic in the lives of others.
