Welcome to a world of majesty and other crap you want to hear in order for you to feel comfortable buying from me.

Payment

Payment-
Please be aware that after you purchase an item within Etsy, you still need to click the payment method or "Pay with PayPal" button in order to complete the process.

Methods-
I currently accept payment through PayPal. You can use a credit card to pay through PayPal without having a PayPal account (as of this date). Unfortunately, I do not accept checks and money orders at this time. -PLEASE NOTE- (Sales tax has been included in all items available for purchase.)

Deadlines-
If payment is not made, initiated or arranged within 24 hours of the transaction, the sale will be canceled and the item will be re listed.

Cancellation Policy-
I understand that purchasing errors are made from time to time. Please contact me right away if you have changed your mind and you wish to cancel your unpaid (or paid but un shipped) purchase. If you do not contact me within 48 hours to cancel, it will be reported by way of Negative Feedback.



Shipping

Shipping-
To stay true to my Mission (reclaim, recycle, Re-Invent) I try to reuse as many packing materials as I can. Your package may contain old newspapers, shredded junk mail or the cardboard box from the rice we made for dinner last night. Rest assured, your artwork will be adequately packaged.

Methods-
In general I ship via USPS using this system:
Lightweight items ship via First Class Mail
Packages over 13 oz are shipped differently based on location: Priority Mail if you are near the East Coast; Parcel Post if you are near the West Coast

Deadlines-
I generally ship domestic packages very quickly, same day or next day. Orders placed on Fridays will not ship till Monday. Please let me know if you have a special deadline.
(Please convo me if you have a rush deadline and/or need to clarify or change the shipping method or timing.)

International-
Until I get my head wrapped around the whole Etsy environment, I will not be shipping Internationally.

Methods-
USPS has done away with "slow boat" economy shipping, the rate you see in the listings is currently the cheapest rate available: USPS First Class International. I estimate delivery time as 5-14 business days.
Packages over 4 pounds ship USPS Priority Mail International, 6-10 day estimate and generally expensive, 40 dollars and up.

PLEASE NOTE, I ONLY SHIP INTERNATIONAL TWICE A WEEK! It requires a special postal trip due to customs forms. If you're in a rush, please convo me and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Customs Fees-
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may be due in your country.

Customs Forms-
I am well known at the local post offices and in filling out custom forms I cannot lie and mark your purchase as a gift. My apologies.

Customs Delays-
In some countries (are you listening Canada?) your item may be delayed in your customs department for as long as 6 to 8 weeks (Yes, that's you Canada!). Canada, Eastern Europe and parts of Scandinavia are especially problematic.

Insurance-
Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is generally not available on international items, but please convo me if you have a special need.


Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges-

Returns are accepted, but only under the following conditions:

*You must contact me to initiate the return within 3 days of receipt of the item.
The item MUST be shipped back within 4 business days of initial receipt.
The item must be packed well and returned in THE EXACT condition it was shipped in.

*If the conditions above are met, I will reimburse the purchase price of item only, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.

*All items are individually crafted and handmade. I am also not a professional photographer. If you feel I have misrepresented an item's condition, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue
