5 out of 5 starsIf there were 6 stars, I’d choose that option. Matt is one of the best partners I’ve worked with on Etsy with the end result being better than we imagined. First, idea back and forth for this custom mirror with Matt was easy with quick turnaround in responses. Second, Matt kept us posted along the way with pictures and comments on progress along with getting our opinions on decisions. Third, shipping, delivery and packaging was seamless with obvious care going into making it as easy for us to install. And last, the mirror is lovely. It is a statement piece that looks natural and rich in our living room. We are thrilled beyond expectations and we can guarantee to be back to work with Matt again on other mirrors around the rest of our home.

5 out of 5 starsThe wife and I love the table top. It's a beautiful addition to our home. Matt did an outstanding job finishing the wood and the packing for it's journey to Las Vegas.

3 out of 5 starsAs described but the particular piece we received has several large burns marks from the saw during the cut. I will have to either sand for hours (was only expecting to sand lightly for a finish) or find a shop to remove a layer. Very prompt shipping and solid piece. I would buy again with different expectations!
Matt responded on Dec 17, 2018
I tried reaching out to customer to address concerns. This piece was purchased with the "rough milled" option, which as advertised and shown in photos, means there is no sanding done and you will see some saw marks and imperfections. I offer these options for DIY purposes or people who don't mind the imperfections and would prefer the savings. As a bonus with this particular piece, one side was actually drum sanded to remove some unevenness left from milling, in which the sander left a few light burn marks. These can be easily sanded away within a minute or the opposite side could be used as the top. Complete sanding and finishing were offered as options in the listing.

5 out of 5 starsThis is absolutely the most unique and beautiful table I’ve ever seen. Throughout its creation, I was kept in the loop with not only messages, but with photos of the progress. When the packages arrived, it was clear that they were packed with care. Everything was wrapped professionally and arrived perfectly. I couldn’t recommend this shop more!
