My work always comes from the need to tell and share stories. As a costume designer I help tell individual stories one character at a time. In creating jewelry I start from a similar place. When I design a new bracelet I ask myself, what kind of feeling do I want to capture for the wearer? What adventure do I want them to have? What is the story of this piece?

Once I have the a feel for the tale I want to tell, it's time for the cast of characters. Or in this case, the charms I use on each bracelet. I search high and low to find just the right charm; the one that best tells its part of the story. This means I use charms from all around the world, which come together to create each unique design.

After the charms are assembled, I set the stage for their story with beads. Using a mix of glass, crystal, semi-precious stone, ceramic, shell, and pewter, I create the perfect setting for each and every piece.

Stories are vitally important, both to who we are and who we want to be. We all carry the tales that touch us within our hearts, giving us hope and understanding when we need them most. It is my sincere wish that people feel they are sharing their favorite stories whenever they wear my bracelets.
