About

A blend of class, color, and creativity

I've always had a creative flair and a knack for planning events. When I found Etsy, it was love at first sight. I knew it was a place where I would be able to express myself while creating custom decorations for weddings and other events.

Since my shop began in 2010, it has gone through many changes. Today, it is my hope to become a full-time Etsy seller and have structured my shop to help me attain this goal. Every item in my shop is handmade by myself. I give a lot of attention to detail and will do what I can to keep my customers happy.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
In addition to PayPal, I also accept all major credit cards and Etsy gift cards through Etsy's direct checkout payment method.

If payment is delayed 7 days after purchase, I will cancel the transaction and re-list the item.
Shipping
Shipping fees cover the postage needed to ship your order, as well as shipping materials and handling.

Depending on the number of items your order contains, I will ship your item(s) in either a bubble mailer or box with sufficient amount of tissue paper to ensure that items do not bend during transport.

I will ship to the address provided on the Etsy or Paypal invoice. If these are different, please contact me as soon as possible with the address you prefer. Otherwise I will use address associated with your payment method (Credit Card = Etsy invoice; Paypal = Paypal invoice).

If an item is returned to me in the mail, I will contact the buyer via Etsy convo and/or email to get a new shipping address. Item will be re-shipped to new address. Customer may be responsible for new shipping charges. If I am unable to contact customer within 14 business days, I will cancel the transaction, issue a refund, and re-list the item.


WITHIN USA:
Turnaround time for orders varies. Please contact me if your event is in less than 2 weeks of purchase date. Unless otherwise indicated, I ship orders via First Class Mail, which estimates 2-5 days for delivery. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. However, I have had my Etsy shop for over three years and have not yet had an order take longer than 5 days for delivery.

Domestic tracking is provided with First Class Mail. You will receive an email with your tracking number when I purchase the shipping labels via Etsy or Paypal. I purchase shipping labels one day before I put your order in the mail.



INTERNATIONAL:
Turnaround time for orders varies. Please contact me if your event is in less than 3 weeks of purchase date. Unless otherwise indicated, I ship orders via First Class Mail, which estimates 10-14 days for delivery and depends on which country I'll be shipping to. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking is not provided for First Class International Post, but I do provide the customs declaration number. With this number, the package may be tracked as far as leaving the USA. In some countries, the parcel may be tracked once it enters the final destination country. Customer is responsible for any customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), please send it back within 3 days of delivery. I will refund the price of the item(s) when I receive it back. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Products must be in original packaging.


Custom orders are non-refundable. I work closely with you to make sure that your items are exactly as you want them before I send them to you.


In the case that your item(s) is damaged during the shipping process, please send a picture of the damages in an Etsy convo or email within 2 days of delivery. Once I receive information regarding a damaged item, it can be reviewed and processed for a refund.

Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that while I strive to be as accurate as possible when listing pictures of my items, color tints may vary from screen to screen. If you need me to match a certain color scheme, you may send me a picture of your event's theme and I will match it as best I can.

Please read the descriptions of my listings thoroughly before buying.

Please allow at least 1 week for custom orders to be made and shipped, plus time for delivery. This is applicable to customized banners and made to order items as well. If your event is within two weeks of the time of purchase, let me know in the note to seller so I can make the proper accommodations and make sure that you receive your order on time.
