1 out of 5 starsOrdered from this shop previously and everything was great and while the pens I did receive this second time were great quality the communication and customer service this time not so much. I ordered several pens for Christmas and when they arrived 2 names were on the wrong pens and one was missing. I get this happen no big deal. Reached out she apologized and stated she had the missing pen right there and would get the other 2 fixed and sent out. Almost over a week goes by and I had not heard anything so I sent a message. After another few days and no reply I open a case with Etsy. She finally responds said she had an emergency and she would get the pens to me and refund part of my order. I told her no need to refund I understand things happen just want the pens. 2 more weeks go by and still no response but Etsy refunded my $$
