It's a cool hat! The only reason I'm not rating it 5 stars is because the packaging was so bad that a third of the hat was taped up to the eco packaging like the packaging was opened and lazily retaped with transparent masking tape

I finally got the chance to use this the other day! Works great and the adjustable strap has not only prevented me from spilling everything all over my bag, but makes me look fashionable with my morning iced coffees or teas. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a way to carry their drinks around from boba shops and even smaller cafes as long!

Can I track my package?
Yes! Tracking is available via Etsy. If you would like the tracking number anyway, please feel free to message me! With the exception of purchasing stickers on their own, all packages have a tracking number as I ship via USPS.
Why haven't I received my order in X amount of time?
As I ship via USPS there can be many factors including weather, natural disasters, season (holiday seasons), etc. that can cause delay.
The address provided on your Etsy account is wrong. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS COMPLETE AND CORRECT. I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information provided.
What happens if my address on Etsy is incorrect?

What happens if my package is stolen/lost?
Unfortunately, once the package is out of my hands and at the post office, there is nothing I can do about getting it to you. I can offer you a partial refund for shipping cost (not the cost of the item) or offer you a discount code to purchase the item again.
I regret my purchase. Can I get a refund on my order?
Unfortunately, no. Please make sure you really want your order before confirming your purchase(s). It causes great harm to small businesses to cancel/refund orders simply because a customer regrets their purchase.
However, if there is an issue with the order, please contact me and we can work together to amend it.
