Our turnaround is 4-6 business days at this time. We are the original "Mixtape Vinyl" and we cost more because we cut NO corners and do not outsource any part of your order - our commitment is to quality (see details of what we offer below).

We can make any color record by request. If you want a specific color that is not in the listings, let us know by sending a custom order request on ETSY. A custom color record ranges from $140-$175.

Ideally, you will order all the items you are interested in at the same time (put everything in your cart before checking out) and you will have your songs ready before you order (see the calculator for adding up your songs in the listings for vinyl). Take your time! We keep the listed inventory low in case there is a media post about us and we re-stock daily.

Do not feel intimidated by the ordering process! We work with everyone from seasoned international collectors to those who know nothing about vinyl records (even those "bad with tech") and are happy to guide you through your order. The vinyl listing descriptions explain the process of what to do before and after the order is placed. Please disregard ETSY's estimated turnaround times - we ship sooner than predicted by them.

Star Seller Badge/why we don't have one and never will: we ship ALL orders with tracking, have never incurred any delays on our end (not once, not even during wildfires or ice storms!) but because we ship over 50% of the orders SOONER than ETSY's algorithm predicts and because we also let our customers take as much time as THEY need to complete their order --- we will never qualify for the Star Seller Badge. Your order will ALWAYS ship shortly after we have all your details and you are also free to take as much time as you need.

We are a Premium Vinyl Service*. Since 2015, we've offered the best-sounding LATHE CUT (stereo hi-fi records) on the highest quality vinyl (180g) with the fastest turnaround times in the world. We are a small full-time team based in Portland, Oregon and we have refined the lathe cut record on EVERY level from sound to presentation. If you are new to vinyl, a seasoned collector, or just purchasing as a gift for someone special - this service is for you. We do not use Kunaki like most of our competitors do - everything is done in-house by us = the vinyl, labels, jacket and our focus is on QUALITY (see below for what is included with our vinyl orders). We've had hundreds of repeat customers since we launched in 2015.

US Orders ship via USPS Priority (International varies). Rush Orders are available on a case-by-case basis for $40-$100 - please write us and let us know 1) what you would like 2) when you would like it by 3) your location. Some orders can be made in 48 hours.
Express shipping is also available by request for $35-$45.00

You will find both one sided and two sided 12" listed in the store; including picture vinyl (your images) and custom color (pick the exact color you want from the wheel in the listing). We offer additional options that are not listed in the store; e.g: 7", 10", 45 RPM, Gatefold jackets, cassette copies, etc by request. If you have a specific vinyl project vision in mind, let us know and we will brainstorm with you.

We limit the # of records we sell per day so if you see "1 left" it will be restocked by the next day (items that are truly limited are mentioned in the listing title - i.e. White, Green Translucent and Red Translucent). We do this in case there is a social media post or news report about us so we can keep our turnaround times and stay focused on the orders we have in the queue.

We PROMISE the ordering process is simple + straightforward, yet --- because we leave no room for error --- this process WILL require some of your time. We are in the studio from 8 AM-11 PM (in two shifts) every day so we are standing by to answer questions before or after the order! Delays and confusion are best avoided by reading the full descriptions and asking questions before sending us your details.

International orders have resumed! Canada is Priority Express International - Europe is Priority International and AU is Global Shipping. Asia and the Middle East will vary - contact us before ordering. Shipping times vary right now so we advise ordering at least 4 weeks in advance.

We cost more than our competitors because we cut no corners and we do not outsource your record; everything is done in house by us, is above industry standard, and includes:

we have a seasoned, professional engineer on our team who masters every song for vinyl on every record. We also add a signature "lead-in" and "lead out" groove so your record plays perfectly every time from start to finish. (The lead in groove ensures you'll know where to drop the needle at the start and the lead out groove means your record won't ever end abruptly - or run into the labels- but end smoothly!).

We STRONGLY advise that you learn how to handle a vinyl record before opening your order. We include a care sheet but we see MANY social media posts that show mishandling of vinyl - we want your record to last for decades and hundreds of plays so please make sure you do a quick search on how to hold a record (our listing pics give an example). Quick summary: do not ever touch the groove of any record; make sure you ONLY ever touch the very edges!

If you would like to order a Double Record Set we offer 10% off the second record if different and 15% off if identical (as a refund). We also have Gatefold Jackets by request. We offer short runs for recording artists (not for "mixtape" vinyl) contact us for more information.

NOTES ON GETTING THE BEST SOUND: the shorter your record the better the sound. While most people do not notice a difference between a 16 min and a 22-minute record, some do so if the sound is REALLY important consider submitting 19 minutes or less per side.
Engineers/Recording Artists: PLEASE DO NOT MIX FOR VINYL - send the songs to us how you want them to SOUND and our engineer will contact you if he has any questions.

Custom Artwork (jackets and labels):

Please note we are NOT graphic artists (we just know how to use Photoshop Elements) and our custom jackets and labels look good but are not commercially perfect. We offer custom jackets and custom labels to go with the vinyl --- if the artwork is elaborate/ very important to you, please hire a graphic artist and send us the finished work for us to print and ship with your order. Otherwise, we are happy to do our best.

How it all works:

In a nutshell: you'll send us your legally purchased digital song files (or your playlist if we are buying the songs for you) and we'll ship you a custom vinyl record**. The details on how it all works are in every listing and the FAQS. We cannot use streaming files so please make sure the songs you want are available as mp3 on Amazon or m4a in Itunes (Bandcamp is an additional source we highly recommend - in which case please select .wav files).

Every order is given a link to our Hot Sheet where you will be able to check on the status of your order at any time.
