MizzaMods' Shop Policies
I always try to provide my customers with the best quality product that I can. Unique dolls and accessories!
Items are shipped on a set schedule, so any cancellations need to be put through before one of our shipping days. (See Shipping Policy for more information.) Once an item is shipped, if you decide you no longer want it, you will be responsible for return shipping.
We always ship on a flat rate through USPS to keep the shipping price as low as possible for you. If you need your item rush shipped, please inquire about paying extra for that. We typically do not buy insurance or delivery confirmation- this is again something you can ask to put in a bit extra for if you want it.
We use recycled shipping materials, including re-used boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts, to keep our shop as environmentally friendly as possible.
Items are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Refunds and Exchanges
You can exchange any item (for items of equal or lesser value) or get a refund for your item, as long as the item is still in the same condition it shipped in. I cannot accept back dolls or accessories that are in poor shape compared to how they were shipped out- being worn (for accessories) or being played with/snuggled/handled excessively (for dolls) is typically what will classify them as no longer being 'like new'. For example, I will gladly take back an item that arrives broken, but I will not issue refunds or returns for items which are broken after several months of use.
If an item is lost in the mail, this is not our responsibility. Once an item leaves our workshop, our part of the transaction is considered fulfilled. However, for small items like pins, we are willing to send out 1 replacement set if they do get lost.

As of this time, we do not accept custom order requests. However, we do update our stock fairly frequently, so please keep checking back to see if new items have been added!
