MlemAndBlep is a one-person grumpy pet supply shop run from Toronto, Canada. Every design starts as an original sketch in our studio — the programmer whose cat ships better code, the nurse whose dog works the night shift, the teacher whose cat grades on attitude — turned into clean black-and-white illustrations printed on quality blanks.
Some artwork starts with AI image tools and is finished by hand.

Where are my orders made and shipped from?
Apparel (tees, hoodies) is printed and shipped by our production partner Printful (United States). Rugs, stickers and holiday items are fulfilled by Printify (United States). Every item is made to order, just for you.
How long will my order take?
Production takes 2–5 business days. US delivery is about 5–10 business days after production; international delivery times vary by destination. You'll get tracking when available.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes — custom pet portraits! Order the Custom Pet Portrait listing and send us your pet's photo via Etsy messages.
What is your return policy?
Each item is printed just for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. But you're covered: full refund or free reprint for any quality issue (damaged, misprinted, wrong item) within 30 days of delivery — just send us a photo. One-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery (you cover return shipping).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. Once production starts we're unable to cancel.
