He estado activo en las artes casi toda mi vida. Al crecer, mi hogar estaba lleno de creatividad; mi padre es un pintor consumado y mi madre siempre ha albergado un gran amor por la música y el arte y lo transmitieron a sus hijos.

Cuando era pequeño, mis padres vieron mi ávido interés (y mi inclinación a dibujar en cualquier espacio disponible, incluidos los exámenes escolares y yo mismo), así que me dieron un cuaderno de bocetos para mi cumpleaños y las cosas acaban de florecer a partir de ahí.

Mis hermanas y yo tenemos los genes creativos de manera bastante dominante. Entonces, cuando comenzaron a cultivar sus familias, supe que no podía darles sus regalos comunes y corrientes ... y así comenzaron mis empresas con el diseño de patrones únicos para embellecer los artículos cotidianos que sus bebés necesitarían. ¡Resulta que lo disfruté tanto que seguí haciéndolos!

Así nació MoMoPics.

Ahora, estoy pensando perpetuamente en diseños lindos y extravagantes que son mucho más divertidos (y mucho más entretenidos) que las cosas de "princesa rosa" o "fanático de los deportes" que son tan frecuentes por ahí. Y, como se trata de ropa para niños, mi objetivo es que los dibujos expresen una sensación caprichosa y juguetona para reflejar la esencia de la infancia.

I've been active in the arts pretty much my entire life. Growing up, my home was filled with creativity; my dad's an accomplished painter and my mom has always harbored a great love for music and art and they passed it on down to their kids.

When I was a little, my parents saw my avid interest (and inclination to draw on any available space - including school tests and myself) so they gave me a sketch book for my birthday and things have just blossomed from there.

My sisters and I all got the creative genes pretty dominantly. So, when they started growing their families, I knew I couldn't give them your run-of-the-mill gifts... and so began my enterprises with designing unique patterns to embellish everyday items their babies would need. Turns out I enjoyed it so much I just kept making them!

Thus, MoMoPics was born.

Now, I’m perpetually thinking up cute and quirky designs that are far more fun (and much more entertaining) than “pink princess” or “sports fan” stuff that’s so prevalent out there. And, as these are clothes for kids, my aim is for the drawings to express a whimsical and playful feel to reflect the essence of childhood.
