I believe beauty is all around us. In ordinary places and in ordinary things. We only need to pause for a moment and become mindful of our surroundings.

This is the goal of my work. To reflect the beauty that surrounds you and to give you eyes to see.

The world has a way of pressing in on us. And we tend to feel the weight of our daily struggles longer than we should. The stress of these burdens deteriorates our sense of peace and well being.

When I paint, I get a profound feeling of peace, even if it's just for a moment, and I long to impart that feeling to you. My goal has always been to share the happiness and contentment I experience with you through watercolor.

I’m deeply honored to say that my work has won awards in multiple juried competitions, and grateful to have had the opportunity to show my paintings nationally. As a plein-air painter, I work hard to make my watercolors feel like they have an essence of the place that they were painted, and I’m grateful that many of these pieces have found homes with collectors locally and worldwide.
