All of my collage sheets are in 300 dpi (dots per inch) JPG format , the best format for printing and making quality glass pendants, bottle caps etc.
If you have any questions or special requests you can always send me a convo and I will reply to you as soon as possible.

You can download your purchase at your own convenience , files never expire! You can find your files on Etsy www.etsy.com/your/purchases
After you purchase digital collage sheet or sheets you will receive an email from Etsy with a download link to your collage sheet/s (always check your spam folder!)

Can you send me printed sheets instead of digital files?
Unfortunately I don't offer printed sheets.
If I purchase collage sheets from you can I sell products I make with them?
Yes of course you can as long as you do not sell digital images as they are.
If I purchase digital collage sheet from you can I sell it in printed form?
No, that is strictly forbidden!
You cannot sell my designs in printed or digital form, nor as a part of Scrapbooking Kits. You cannot share purchased files from my shop with your friends or other people.
How can I use your collage sheets?
You can use my images for all kinds of art and craft projects, for small commercial or personal use.
You can make jewelry and sell it here on Etsy or other similar venue and craft fairs.
You cannot use my images to sell large quantities of merchandise!

I can't make a purchase I have problem with my credit card
That is a problem only Etsy can help you with, sellers don't have anything to do with credit cards and payment processing.

How to print digital collage sheets?
1. Borderless printing. (Border None).
2. Highest quality print.
3. No scaling.(not fit to print).
4. U.S. Letter Size or A4 (8.5x11)
5. 300 dpi. (NOT 72 dpi !!!!)
6. Photo fix: off.
I recommend using matte papers.
I want refund for my purchase
Unfortunately due to the nature of my products I do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.
I am not responsible if you don't know how to open JPG files or unable to print as I do not offer basic computer tutoring.
All of my files are checked and they are both viewable and printable!
