MochasCorner's Shop Policies
I list items that make me feel positive and enrich my life and soul and hope to pass on this experience to you. I believe being green is a way of life and am committed to giving this planet the respect she deserves. I strive to give back by making a genuine effort to pass on as many recycled, pre-owned, pre-used and vintage items as possible. My second goal (and as equally important) is to make sure, you the buyer, has a positive shopping experience here at Mocha's Corner.
My standards are very high so most items sold have been gently used (or not at all) and I try to be as specific as possible when describing any blemishes. With the images I show, I try to highlight the blemishes so there will be no real surprises to you, the buyer, when you receive your item.
I do on occasion list an item that has more wear than usual for Mocha's Corner and this is because I feel it's so awesome, unique, or a one of a kind that it's important to pass it on to someone who will appreciate it. In these cases, I try to be very specific about wear, blemishes, flaws and well as showing them photographically.
A note about pre-used items - although we are very careful when examining any items to be listed, there may be something we missed. If you have any concerns before purchase, please convo us with lots of questions. We want to give you as much information as possible about the item you are interested in so that there are no major surprises when you receive your purchase.
We make every effort to answer your questions within a couple of hours - 24 at the most.
As a general rule, we ship in gently used boxes. If you require a new shipping box, please let us know before purchase.
Jewelry as a rule, usually ships in a gift box unless this hinders the shipping process.

Direct Checkout or Paypal is my preferred methods of payment but I will accept money orders. I require payment immediately at the time of the order but will hold the item for 24 hours. If there is no payment after 24 hours, I will relist the item.
If you have a proven positive buying record with Etsy I am open to other methods of payment. Please contact me with questions and suggestions.
Although these are my policies, I know that sometimes there is an exception to the rule. In that case, please contact me and we'll talk about it.
I strive to ship immediately upon receipt of payment. I always try to find the least expensive, yet fastest shipping service for the buyer. **Orders will go out same day if received by 3 pm**
**Shipping costs are based on coast to coast shipping. Refunds will be given for any packages shipped to closer regions. Also. I combine shipping costs for multiple orders and refunds are given immediately.**
We use recycled packages and packing material when possible!! This is an important part to our philosophy of reusing, reselling, recycling.
I use FedEx, UPS, and USPS. For FedEx, payment must be received by 1pm. All packages include a shipping confirmation. Insurance is required on international orders and any item over $200.
I realize shipping costs are very expensive and try my hardest to keep costs down but sometime (especially international) shipping is just plain expensive.
If an item is lost during shipping, a refund will be given (domestic shipping only). Most items are OOAK and therefore replacement items cannot be given.
International Shipments: The buyer is responsible for any fees/costs incurred at customs. We do not give refunds for any item lost or stolen during a shipment (it's your risk as we have no real way to track a package once it's left the country). Whenever possible, we insure packages to cut down on this risk although some companies won't insure certain countries. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. Thanks!
Refunds and Exchanges
Because most Items being sold are vintage I do not accept returns unless noted. If a refund is given, the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the exact condition it was received. Shipping costs including tracking is the responsibility of the buyer and if the package is lost without tracking - we cannot give a refund.
We give lots of information in our listings so please read carefully and pay attention to measurements, etc which will help you choose the correct size/item. Again, I know there can always be an exception to the rule.
