My design and creation process is somewhat organic in nature in that only part of the overall design for each item is pre-planned. Usually my designs start with a theme, a cool stone or bead I picked up, or a color combination I want to explore. I gather materials I believe will work together and then I start experimenting. Ultimately, the finished results are often something of a surprise.
Each item is a labor of passion for me. It is often hard to part with any of these little treasures. I, like many artists the world over, used to support my creative passions by working a full time salaried job. And I'm thrilled to be able to say that I now am able to do what I love without the interruption of a daily commute this has helped me to devote more time to improving my skills and the quality of my work.

Please read below to learn about my store's policies.
I accept Paypal, and most major credit cards. You do not have to have or open a Paypal account to be able to pay using PayPal. Once you click the Paypal link you'll be given the option to use your regular credit or debit card with the Paypal system.
If you reside in New York State sales tax applies to all purchases and will be automatically calculated when you check out.
On all custom items, I require full payment up front. If the item I create for you does not meet with your approval, I will refund your purchase price at such time as I am able to sell the piece I created for you.
It can take 3-5 weeks for me to process any Made-to-Order or Custom items. I will do my utmost to ship your item on or before the stated processing time on your ETSY receipt. Shipping times vary depending upon location and shipping upgrade options selected during the checkout process.
In Stock or "Off-the-Shelf" items that are returned in new condition, will receive a refund of the purchase price (less shipping fees), upon my receipt of the returned Item or items.
(Note this policy is only for In-Stock ready to ship items. Made-to-order and all other custom pieces are only refunded after the returned item has sold to another buyer.)
I am not able to include tariff's or customs fees in my pricing. All international buyers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or import tariff's your country may impose.
Reuse, Repurpose and Recycle is the theme of my packing materials.
Unless there is no other option, I package the items I ship in recycled packaging. I use bubble wrap that was previously used to ship items to a craft store. I also use shredded junk mail paper, and any other packing materials that come in with items I purchase from my suppliers. You won't get a bunch of fancy expensive and wasteful packaging from me.
All orders ship via United States Postal Service. Orders with an item priced at or above $50.00 Ship priority mail flat rate. Please note that international packages ship via First Class International mail, unless you select a shipping upgrade during the checkout process.
Since most of the items I sell are each unique, if one gets lost in the mail I cannot simply send a replacement. In most cases I've only purchased enough of the materials to do the one single piece. Therefore, the only possible recompense for you, the buyer. is a refund of your purchase price, which I will provide upon receipt of the insurance payment from USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. You pay for the return postage and I will refund the price of the item once I receive it. This excludes earrings (for health reasons) and custom or made-to-order items, which are non-refundable, until such time as I am able to sell the custom made item to someone else. If an item is damaged during shipping, please return it to me and I will make arrangements to repair the item.
As many of my jewelry pieces are unique, it may not be possible for me to replace a lost item. Please see information under shipping for further explanation.
Again please keep in mind that any returned custom "made-to-order" items will only be refunded at such time as I am able to resell the piece you commissioned.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Should the item you are purchasing be a gift, please let me know and I will gladly include a note from you to the recipient. I will also ensure that the packing list does not include prices of the items in the package.
