The shipper picked by the seller had an accident in transit and reported to me that he has no good idea about when the benches would be released by the insurer who is processing the claim. Thus, I have no idea when the benches might be delivered or if they will be delivered at all.
I asked the seller for a refund and was told that once the item left their dock, they did not offer refunds. So I might never get the item that I paid for.Blair responded on Dec 14, 2013
Angry Buyer with an itchy trigger finger. I and the shipper clearly stated the benches will be delivered in 2-4 weeks, apologized for the delay very politely and offered to cover the cost of repairs, if any that stemmed from the accident. (This occurred 40 miles from the buyers destination. Delivery completion) The benches were not effected by the accident and are simply held up by the insurer so they can photograph them for claims. This was no fault of ours and we're sorry the courier was rear-ended. Accidents happen. We guarantee the completion of every order. We Proudly ONLY hire Professional, FULLY INSURED White Glove Couriers. Client was called from the hospital and still complains. The absolute best isn't enough for some.

If/When a white glove/blanket wrap courier is hired: The tracking number listed is their cell phone number. All responsibility of the item/items falls onto the courier once the item/items have left ModTiques warehouse dock. In the unfortunate occurrence of a courier vehicle accident the courier may need to file an insurance claim and you, the buyer will be required to wait the term of the claim. Refunds will not be given by ModTiques in the event of a courier accident. You, The Buyer will have to wait for the claim to payout. Should You, The Buyer's item/items be damaged the money's will be paid by the insurance claim and not ModTiques. Buyers are welcome to hire their own courier service.
