INFO REGARDING TURNAROUND/ PRODUCT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ PRIOR TO ORDERING:
Our current turnaround is 3-5 business days for engraved name signs, hello name tags and milestone sets, 1-2 weeks for acrylic as well as wood + acrylic mixed media items and 4-6 weeks for 3D name signs. For more specific information on when you to expect each item, please view the note that will say ”ready to ship in ___”
Mockups are only sent for our 3D wooden name signs. We do NOT send mockups for engraved signs of any type (hello tags, round engraved signs, rainbow engraved signs, etc.) as we often put these signs into production immediately. IF a mockup is needed, you MUST request it in the "notes to seller" box AT checkout. Please note that requesting a mockup may delay production.
Although we use the same type of wood for every sign, please expect to see variation in the grain. Variations may include light or dark colored areas, knots and other inconsistencies that are present in all real wood. These cannot be avoided/covered. Please keep this in mind when purchasing from us.
NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES are accepted on engraved items/hello tags/milestone sets/acrylic items. We often put these into production RIGHT away. All 3D signs can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if a mockup has not been sent yet. There will be no exceptions.
We are open for custom orders and logo signs! Please send us a message for any custom requests!!!

Something to note; if you get gold, there are very clear instructions not to touch the surface as you’ll leave finger prints. Apparently I didn’t follow directions well because I have lots of finger smudges—not a deal breaker though!

Frequently asked questions
What can I do if I receive my order and it is damaged?
Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your product with photos of the damage. Please provide photos of the damage, as well as the outside of the box and the inside packaging materials so I will have everything I need to file a claim with USPS on your behalf. Please do not get rid of any of the shipping materials in case USPS requests additional information. An inability to provide the requested photos may result in a failed USPS claim which may cause a delay or a denied replacement item.
How are the signs measured?
The round signs are measured by DIAMETER. This means that the 12", 18', or 24" size is the diameter of the circle backboard, measured from one side to the other.
The freestanding signs are measured by width. The sign is measured from the beginning of the first letter to the end of the last letter.
