Yes all of them do have seam allowance.
I purchased digital item but I don’t have an etsy account
If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

I always open to ideas please contact me if you have something in mind. However, I will make a pattern for you if I can sell it after in my shop, I am interested/like the idea and you are not asking me to copy other artists doll clothes! Thank you
