Quite often, our repeat clients (and even new) ask us for their assistance in finding particular pieces of interest. Whether it be a Dorothy Thorpe Pretzel Candle Holder or a specific lucite figurine by Abraham Palatnik; we will do our best to find it for you! We have worked closely with many different types of clients; including international galleries, museum exhibits, boutique shops, TV shows, celebrities etc...We are confident that our professionalism & expertise will be an asset in your treasure finding ventures. Please ask all questions PRIOR TO YOUR PURCHASE which commits you to buying the item/items listed. We accept Paypal only for Payment. Payment is due within 3 days of sale. Immediate payments are preferred and are always appreciated! If no contact is made within 3 days of sale, we reserve the right to relist and/or file a non-payment claim with Etsy.
Shipping fees include insurance & tracking to the lower 48 states. Please contact us prior to purchase for shipping rates to any other areas and/or countries as they will be higher than the fees listed.
Please note: Import taxes, duties and charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their country’s customs office to determine any additional fees that might be imposed. We do not mark merchandise values below value or indicate that they are "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Most items are shipped within two days of receiving payment. Items are ALWAYS shipped insured with tracking & delivery confirmation. These fees are included in the shipping price, even when shipping is free of charge.
As per Paypal policy, we can only ship to the shipping address associated with your Paypal transaction/payment at the time of checkout. If you are unsure as to how to add/modify an alternate shipping addresses to your Paypal account, please inquire within before check out, we will gladly walk you through this simple process. This is an easy & necessary step to protect both buyer and seller under Paypal's buyer/seller protection policies.
We package our items with care, always using necessary packing materials such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts to ensure your items arrive without damage. We always try to re-use / recycle packing material.
In the RARE event your item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. All packaging material must be saved (i.e. box, peanuts, bubble wrap etc...) until further notice; for the shipping couriers usually request pick up of the damaged item and its original shipping materials in order to perform their investigation and issue insurance payment.
An item has been deemed delivered when verified by USPS.com. Please have your packages shipped to a secure location. Items with a declared value over $250 dollars will require signature upon delivery.
We ship via USPS, If you do not receive mail nor have a mail receptacle/mailbox at your shipping address; you must contact us prior to making a purchase to discuss alternate shipping plans. USPS will ship to P.O. boxes but not addresses that aren't registered to receive US mail.

Refunds and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless item is grossly misrepresented. In the rare event that an item is accepted for return, purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees.
In the rare event your item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. All packaging material must be saved (i.e. box, peanuts, bubble wrap etc...) until further notice; for the shipping couriers usually request pick up of the damaged item and its original shipping materials in order to perform their investigation and issue insurance payment. In the event that an item is damaged or lost during shipment, the seller will put a claim in to the shipping carrier. The buyer will provide the seller with all necessary information to file a claim (i.e. photos of damage, packing materials etc..). Once the claim is approved, then the buyer will be reimbursed/refunded accordingly.
Once an item has been confirmed by the shipping carrier as "delivered" to the address provided by the buyer the seller is no longer responsible for said item, therefore please have your items shipped to a secure location.
