Payment
All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted.

Payment types are processed very quickly and most paintings will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. Once the painting has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING CHARGES - All large artworks are couriered by FedEx Ground. Any overcharge fees for shipping beyond $2 will be refunded to the customer.
Shipping
Paintings ship via FedEx with a tracking number.

The tracking number will be emailed to the customer.

It’s very important to me that my customers are happy with their new artwork.

All artwork is shipped in custom-built art boxes and wrapped with protective foam and bubble wrap to ensure safe transit. In the rare case of damage, I work directly with the carrier to file a claim on your behalf.

Thankfully, it is very rare that packages are damaged during shipping.

In case of damage during shipping, please contact me through the Etsy email system within 24 hours of the delivery so that I can quickly resolve the problems. It is my top priority that my paintings are of the highest quality and that you, the customer, has a worry free experience. Read below for more information on Damaged Shipments.

All orders will be shipped within the time-frame specified in the individual listing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

USPS International is used for international shipping.

International customers are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with Customs. These fees and tariffs are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs.

Full retail value of items will be listed on customs forms.

Please contact me for a quote on shipping if one is not listed on the item you would like to purchase.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:

Depending on the size of the purchased items, it will be shipped either FedEx ground (canvas sizes over 20") or USPS flat rate (smaller canvas less than 20") in an effort to save you money.

If you need your purchased artwork quickly, please contact me so that I can set up a special listing for you with with a quicker delivery service.

Additional shipping fees will apply for any other shipping service, time frame or method other than the one that is specified in the listing.

Domestic First Class Mail averages 3-5 business days transit time based on geographic distance from West Coast (East Coast orders taking a bit longer.)

FedEx ground will take 2-5 business days depending on delivery location.

EASY RETURNS:
------------------------

Online shopping has its challenges, especially for home decor. In order to offer customers a worry-free shopping experience, I provide a 2 day (48 hour) return policy.
All artwork is described and photographed as accurately as possible, although variations in individual computer monitor hues make it impossible for every artwork to look identical on every computer.

The customer has 2 days to decide if they like their new artwork.

The customer is to contact me regarding a return within the 48 hour window. All communication regarding a return request must be through the ETSY conversation email system.

Reimbursements will be processed after the artwork is returned to my studio -
no exceptions. Original shipping fees will not be reimbursed as this was a third-party expense (FedEx or USPS).

Any artworks that shipped to customer FREE of charge will incur an additional 10% return fee to cover the original shipping fees that were spent shipping the artwork to you.

All original shipping expenses will be deducted from the original purchase price of the painting.

The customer is responsible for both payment and coordination of the return shipment using FedEx (the same carrier which I use to ship the art to you) with a tracking number. The tracking information must be provided to me, by the customer, through the ETSY conversation email system.

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees (original delivery and returns).

In addition to the return shipping charge, there will be a 10% RETURN FEE fee assessed on all returns. This fee, based on the item's purchase price, will be deducted from the original purchase price during the reimbursement process.

Returned artwork must be received back at my studio within 7 business days of the original signed delivery to the customer.

Please note, if the artwork is damaged due to improper packaging or for any other reason, the full purchase price will not be reimbursed.

Artwork must be wrapped in the same manner and with the protective materials in which it was received. If the artwork is damaged due to improper packaging, the full purchase price will not be reimbursed. The extent of damage to the artwork will determine the refund amount. No exceptions.

I will communicate with every customer to resolve any issues, but when no solutions may be available, my return policy is unconditional.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

All original paintings are packaged carefully, fully protected and in custom made boxes. Rarely are packages damaged during transit, however, anything is possible.
In case of damage during shipping, please contact me as soon as you receive the shipment.

If you receive a DAMAGED SHIPMENT, you must:

1. PHOTOGRAPH both the damaged box and artwork.

2. Email both the photos and detailed description of damage to me through the Etsy email system.

3. The return process will begin after photos and details are submitted.

5. The customer must return damaged artwork.

6. Instructions will be emailed to customer on how to proceed with the return process.

7. The shipping company will evaluate the artwork and packaging for damage.

8. The shipping company will determine if the damage is sufficient for reimbursement coverage.

9. FRAUD - If the artwork is NOT damaged and is found to be a fraudulent claim, shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Customer will be charged for all shipping fees that are incurred.

10. A $100 RETURN FEE will be charged on any artwork that is returned under fraudulent circumstances. In addition, only 50% of the artwork's purchase price will be refunded on transactions in which the artwork is returned under fraudulent circumstances.

11. Reimbursements will be processed after the artwork is returned - no exceptions.

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENT:

If your package is lost or stolen while in transit by the shipping company, I am not responsible for this outcome, you the customer will have to take this up with the shipping company using the tacking number that was provided to you.

SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM REQUESTS:

Custom requests / special orders are non-refundable.

If you would like a painting created to your custom specifications, the price will be determined by the square inch of the canvas size ($1 per square inch). This keeps pricing standardized for all customers.

Shipping will be an additional fee that must be paid by the customer and is not included in the square inch price.

FRAUD: If the painting is not damaged, please do not make the claim that it is.
Proof must be submitted (photos and written descriptions) before any action will be taken.

YOUR COMPUTER MONITOR COLOR vs. PRINT COLOR:
The color you see on your monitor may differ somewhat from the actual color of the painting or print. Every effort has been made for the digital file to accurately reflect the colors of the artwork you are purchasing.

The art prints accurately reflect the color of the original painting. What you receive is always the intended result.

I have very high standards for all my products and will not sell products that do not meet those standards.

I reserve the right to photograph, post or sell again any design that originates as a custom order.

Prices are based on the costs of raw materials and therefore are subject to change at any time.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and/or to cancel a sale if deemed to be in the best interest of my business.
