[AGGIORNAMENTO COVID-19]: Il negozio sta attualmente lavorando nei tempi previsti in termini di tempi di produzione (ovvero il tempo che mi occorre per realizzare il tuo articolo). Tuttavia, USPS e altri servizi di consegna stanno riscontrando ritardi significativi nelle spedizioni a causa del virus e dell'elevato volume di posta dovuto all'aumento degli acquisti online. Sfortunatamente, non ho alcun controllo su questo, ma voglio che tu ne sia a conoscenza nel caso in cui il tuo ordine stia impiegando più tempo del previsto per arrivare. Io o qualsiasi corriere NON POSSIAMO PIÙ GARANTIRE la data di consegna dei tuoi ordini a causa della pandemia. Please note, though we are committed to shipping all orders promptly, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates this holiday season. Due to increased holiday mail volume and the unprecedented situation surrounding the pandemic, delivery time may vary widely from the official USPS delivery estimates. Many postal facilities are backlogged and understaffed while processing 50% more packages than any holiday season in history, so delays are widespread. Tracking scans may occur less frequently than usual, but rest assured if you have received a shipping notification from us, your package is in the postal system and on it's way to you :)

We will do everything we can to get your gifts to you quickly, but please understand that once a package is in the mail, we cannot control how long it will take to reach you. We strongly recommend upgrading to Express Mail at checkout if it is very important to receive your purchase on time. If you are concerned about a delayed order, please feel free to message us and we will do our best to assist you, but please understand the delays are systemwide so we are all in this together. [COVID-19 UPDATE ]: The shop is currently running on schedule in terms of production time (meaning the time it takes for me to make your item). However, USPS and other delivery services are experiencing significant delays with their shipments due to the virus and the large volume of mail due to an increase in online shopping. Unfortunately, I have no control over that but I want you to be aware in case your order is taking longer to arrive than expected. I or any mailing carrier can NO LONGER GUARANTEE the delivery date of your orders due to the pandemic. Please understand that I and the mail carriers are doing what we can to serve the public. I ask that you be patient during this difficult time. This is a nationwide issue. I ADVISE if you need an item by a certain date, please place your order as early as possible to allow enough time for processing and for USPS to deliver your item(s).
