I'm a nanny and sometimes I just don't have the time to sit down and create puppets and diagrams to coincide with the songs I sing my kiddies. ModernSimpleBaby is a lifesaver! I looked all over for small freckled frog puppets to use when I sing. I finally decided on these cuties and I'm so glad I did! They fit perfectly on every finger and the craftsmanship is great. My kiddies really enjoy holding the soft felt frogs when I throw them while I sing 👌🏼

Payment
I accept PayPal and direct checkout.

For custom items, I require payment before your item is created.

Custom-orders are non-refundable unless the mistake was mine. However, if there is a way I can fix your item, you may ship it back to me and I will alter it, and ship it back to you at my own expense.
Shipping
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may apply.

Items shipped in the US usually take 2-5 days shipping time. My shipping prices are close estimates to the actual USPS costs. International shipping varies, but usually will take less than 10 days, except in Canada. I have no control over anything after I drop the package off.

If your item will take longer than stated in the listing, I will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel your order. I do offer Rush Ordering, which speeds creation time and includes 2-day shipping.

Shipping costs are estimated based on postage and packaging, including the box, tissue paper, air packs, bubble wrap, and any other necessary materials. I re-use packing materials and boxes as much as possible to cut down on costs and be eco-friendly.

If your item is a gift, please let me know if you would like a gift note added. I may be able to do simple gift-wrapping free of charge.

I do not include insurance or express shipping unless you contact me before the order is placed and we agree on a price in a custom listing.

Once an item is shipped, it is out of my control. I ship most of my items through USPS and include tracking that you and I can both see through ETSY. If an item is delayed, lost or damaged through no fault of my own, I cannot refund or replace it. If you believe your item may be repaired, send me a message and I will try to work with you to fix it. Currently, I have had ZERO missing or damaged items.
Refunds and Exchanges
If I highly over-charge you for shipping (this can happen if I don't have an accurate shipping estimate, more likely with international orders than US orders) I will automatically refund you the difference.

Please be sure that you look at each of the pictures for your items and read all descriptions carefully. I want you to know exactly what you are getting so you will be a happy customer! If you would like to know more about the item or see more pictures, please send me a message before you purchase the listing.

I generally do not issue refunds once items are shipped, but I will try to fix or re-make your item if you are unhappy and you ship it back to me (unless it matches the item description and photos, and the fault is yours for not paying attention). Please send me a message first- I may ask you to take pictures to show me what you want changed, and may be able to send you replacement parts instead of shipping back and forth. Customer pays shipping to me, I will ship it back to you for free.

Custom orders cannot be refunded. Some refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis, after they are returned to me, minus the cost of shipping.
