At our store you will find eclectic items to express your personal style. Every home should reflect who you are, no matter where you live.

Payment
Our preferred choice of payment is Paypal. We also accept money orders & cashiers checks.

Payment MUST be received within 7 days or the item will be re-listed, etsy will be notified of non payment, and negative feedback will be left.
Shipping
All of our fragile items are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and marked with fragile stickers. If you would like your package insured and protected, please convo me and I will include it in your order for an additional $3.00.

ModernSwan is not responsible for damaged or lost items.

We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible by reusing boxes and shipping materials and by using a variety of shipping methods. We ship using United States Parcel Service, FedEx Home Delivery, and UPS depending on which carrier is most economical for the item being shipped.

Shipments are almost always shipped on the day of sale unless it is a holiday and the post office is closed.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are sold as is. They are pictured & described to the best of our ability.
All the items we sell are vintage/used and must be expected to have normal wear consistent with age. We do not give refunds, exchanges or accept returns, including partial refunds. Shipping costs are never refunded.
