I am a volunteer with a local animal shelter, and we used "paw print" themed luminaries as decor on our float "All I want is a Home for the Holidays", which featured a little house, complete with happy dogs and cats (even rabbits!) gathered around a fireplace, stockings hung, and a yard lit with luminaries all around- the effect was great, and so fitting!!!

Miscommunication on buyers end not factoring in timeline needed and purchased anyway. No special shipping rates were confirmed so a request for a refund was made. Shop owner was very understanding and gracious enough to provide us with a refund.

All items shown are examples of completed orders... even if you are purchasing a standard design, it will be customized to your needs!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
To keep things SIMPLE for both seller & buyer, Modern Swank only accepts PayPal purchases( for more information visit www.paypal.com).

For buyers interested in Non-PayPal purchases follow these simple steps:
* When making your purchase on Etsy, click the PayPal option during checkout
* Once order is submitted, click the "Pay Now" button
* This takes you to a separate PayPal window- On the left you will see in bold text "Don't have a PayPal account?"
* Click this option- this allows you to pay with a credit card without having to sign up for PayPal

All payments should be received within 24 hours of store purchase. If payment is not received w/in 24 hours the purchase order will be canceled.

Custom orders will be listed for a maximum of 7 days.
Shipping
Modern Swank ships through USPS (first class or priority shipping). Modern Swank will automatically ship to the address provided by PayPal ( if you need your purchase sent elsewhere, please indicate where it is to go in the Message to Seller box). All digital files will be sent via email. If you wish to have your files on CD there is an additional cost & shipping fees.

Modern Swank is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process. It is the buyers responsibility to request insurance for your items. Please convo and we can give you the insurance cost.

Modern Swank will ship internationally- please convo if you are interested in that option.

The price of shipping includes special packaging required to keep your order safe during delivery!
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the fact that everything in my shop is handmade & custom, there will be no refunds or returns! The only exception is for a mistake on my part ( In that case I will correct the item & resend/ or offer a full refund, minus shipping cost).
Additional policies and FAQs
Modern Swank loves custom orders! Whether you have an idea of your own, or would like to change something about a piece already in our store we will try to accommodate your requests. Please convo before making a purchase! Pricing for custom orders are based on the order details; for accurate pricing, please convo before making a purchase!

Custom orders go through a proofing process before final design is delivered! If you would like a minor change made to a shop item please be overly descriptive to make sure you receive what you envisioned!

Modern Swank has a lead time of approximately 10 days... many items however will ship earlier. Orders are on a first come, first served basis. If you are in need of a rushed item please convo me to discuss options.
