Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on custom orders or products “made to order”.

On hand items qualify for return only under the following circumstances:

• Returns are only accepted within 30 days of product delivery. Exceptions to this requirement will not be permitted.
• The order number must appear clearly on the outside of the shipping box, and a copy of your original invoice or receipt must be packed inside the box. Returns without this information number will not be accepted.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the product(s) qualified for free shipping, buyer is also responsible for original shipping or freight costs, and that amount will be deducted from the product refund.
• We recommend you insure your return as we are not responsible if a shipping vendor misplaces your return.
• All items must be returned in original, unused condition in the original packaging with all packing materials.
• All returns are subject a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping fees.
• All returns will be inspected upon receipt by our shop, and only after the inspection is complete will the appropriate refund balance be issued.


DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT OR MISSING COMPONENTS

If you feel your item(s) arrived damaged or missing components, you must contact us via Etsy messaging with 24 hours of delivery.

Damaged or missing items will be replaced or repaired at management’s discretion; however, refunds will not be issued.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Custom orders and/or “made to order” items cannot be cancelled.

Cancelling an order(s) for on hand items can only be attempted during the same date the order was placed (up to 11:59 pm EST, which includes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), but will not be allowed if the order has been boxed or tagged for shipment.

Cancelling an order(s) for on hand items must occur through Esty messaging, no other method will be honored.

Acceptance of all cancellation requests are subject to management discretion and order processing status.

Cancelled orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Payment
We utilize Direct Checkout for all purchases made though Etsy. Direct Checkout provides buyers with the largest number of payment options. No other forms of payment will be accepted on items purchased through our Etsy store.

Please accurately complete payment information to prevent delays in order processing.
Shipping
All orders ship FOB origin with shipping and/or freight pre-paid.

We typically ship our products using services from UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS; however, we reserve the right to choose the most advantageous carrier available to deliver your item(s) when considering size, weight, cost, delivery speed, location, etc. We only use shipping methods that allow shipments to be tracked and shipments will be sent without signature requirement unless otherwise requested by the customer. Delivery signature requests may result in increased shipping charges.

Items requiring freight will be shipped LTL curbside delivery with lift gate service. Please carefully inspect the shipment for damage before accepting delivery and signing the delivery confirmation. Accepting the delivery and signing the delivery confirmation is acknowledgement that the delivery arrived in good order.

Please contact us if you require expedited shipping services and we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, additional shipping charges will apply.

Occasionally there may be information in our store that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on a product is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear within the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in the Etsy store or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by Esty usage policies or law.
