Is there combined shipping discount?

Yes, combined shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout depending on your zip code. You can also message me for combined shipping discount on bulk and wholesale orders.

Wrong Shipping Address

While checking out, you'll have a chance to review your information before submitting your order.

If you need to select a different shipping address, click the Change link next to the Shipping address section on your Review and submit your order page.

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it's not possible for us to manually edit the address in your order confirmation.

If the plants die in transit due to wrong address provided, we are not able to issue any refunds.

Wholesale availability

Yes, please message me with a list of plants you would like and the quantity you would like to buy for each plant.

Will my plant be the exact same one shown in the picture?

Images shown on each listing are examples of what the plant look like. As with everything in nature, each house plant will be different from one another. Please assume variance across plants.

Custom and personalized orders

We only ship living plants within the US at the moment. Some non-perishable items are available to ship outside the US.

Do you offer Winter shipping?

Yes we do offer Winter Shipping (November- February)!
For winter shipping please purchase a heat pack and priority mail. We have 72 hour heating packs available in our shop.

Shipments purchased without heat pack or priority mail will not be replaced or refunded if product is dead or frozen.

Do you offer order pick up?

Yes, we do. We don't have a physical store,but if you are close to Los Angeles, you have the option of picking up.

Please send us a list of plants you would like to pick up and a phone number we can contact to arrange a pick up. We have a minimum of $30 purchase for pick ups.

My plant looks like it's dying. What should I do?

It's normal for plants to look stressed due to traveling in the dark and lack of water. In nature, plants don't normally travel by car or plane. As soon as you get your plants take it out of the package and water the it if the top soil is dry. Give it the recommended amount and type of light.

If the plant is damaged during transit (box beaten, torn, etc.)
and you chose Priority Mail Shipping, please contact us within 7 days and we will to take care of the problem for you.

After 7 days & we haven't been contacted, as per our policy, it's assumed that proper care was not given to the plant & we are no longer responsible for any changes in the plant.
