Due to family issues order shipped over a month after purchase but were marked shipped immediately after purchase. I understand mistakes happen but had to contact them twice in order to get my order shipped. They are beautiful though! Thanks!

Returns and exchanges
It is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves of the shop polocies before ordering. If you have an issue with any of our polocies I ask that you refrain from ordering. We are sorry.... We do not accept returns or exchanges on most of our products if they are custom orders, preserved or dry flowers, anything edible. And there will be NO refunds. Please be sure you want an item before you purchase it. And be sure to read the whole listing carefully. Give your order plenty of time for your order to arrive. We do all orders in order. No exceptions! You can email us on when it will ship. We can not control the shipping services..... Order early and give your order plenty of time to get to you.

We accept credit cards, Paypal. I am sorry..... There are no returns on edible items, custom orders, and preserved or dried products. These are our policies.
Shipping
We ship out always as fast as we can. Most items are in stock. And are not made by us... However, if it is a custom order... And we are making something for you.....These do take time to make. Please allow extra time for these items to be shipped. We are not responsible for late, lost or damaged due to shipping. We have NO control over the packages once they leave our hands. We do offer shipping insurance on you product if you wish. It will cost extra and will be added to your invoice. Please ask.

Most of our products are very fragile!!!!!! Although our products are very fragile. We package them very well to make sure you receive them in good condition. This does not always happen. We are sorry, If it comes damaged. Once any product leaves our hands, We have no control over shipping companies... We are not responsible for damaged products, or lost products. I do know, it left my business in 1 piece. We will not refund you. You may want to order extra in case of damage. We do not replace any damaged items in most cases, It all depends on the item you purchased. You will have to file a claim with the Post Office. We can only offer mending possibilities. We try to ship everywhere, Sometimes it is not possible. We will do our best.
