Please buy with confidence! If you have any questions regarding an item please contact me prior to purchasing.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase I will work with you until we have reached a resolution whether it is a replacement or refund*. I want you to be happy!

Custom Orders:
Due to the personalization, returns or exchanges ARE NOT ACCEPTED on custom orders, unless there is an obvious defect. All custom orders receive a digital proof prior to production. Please look over your proof very closely - your approval is consent that you are okay with the final design and your sign is made directly from this image.

If your order was damaged during shipping process, notify us within 3 days of receiving your order for a replacement. All wood signs are shipped with insurance so you will need to provide 3 photos of the damage to your order in addition to 3 photos of the box in order to receive your replacement. In most cases the damaged sign will have to be shipped back in order to receive a replacement so please keep all packaging. A replacement will not be shipped until the buyer has fulfilled their portion of the required insurance information (submitting photos, answering basic questions).
Payment
I accept payments through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this feature. Simply select the 'Pay with a card' option. .
Shipping
Shipping time frames are stated within each item description. If you have any questions, please contact mo+co designs prior to purchasing.

Digital files will be either be emailed or sent via Etsy conversation.

Packages will be mailed via USPS Select Parcel, FedEx or similar service - whichever is more economical. Tracking information will be provided.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories may require additional postage. Please inquire about shipments to these locations.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recipient information is correct. Please double check your address on your Etsy profile prior to purchasing. Once an item is shipped, mo+co designs is not responsible for the package. Should damage occur or should the package be lost, customer should document damage with photos and contact mo+co designs immediately. Together, the customer and mo+co designs will file a complaint with the shipper. Refunds / replacement due to damage will be made after the customer completes their portion of the damage report.
