MollyMooJessicatoo's Shop Policies
Hello and welcome to Gemma Payne's Molly Moo and Jessica too. All items are individually handmade by me and as I use reclaimed and/or remnant fabrics I never make 2 products the same. I like to keep hold of all fabric scraps from the larger projects and use them up on smaller projects such as bags and toys but when the fabric's gone its gone!
My preferred method of payment is PayPal but I also accept personal cheques.
Payment is required within 3 days please.
I ship EVERYWHERE!!!!
I will always try to ship any ready made item within 1 - 2 working days of payment. If there ever a reason for a delay, I will always put this in the top of my shop info!
All items are wrapped in tissue and I will post items in new or recycled padded envelopes or plastic postal envelopes to keep the cost down.
I use Royal Mail for both national and international shipping.
Within the UK I send all items by First Class Delivery, which should arrive on your doorstep within a working day or 2. If you wish me to post using recorded delivery then please add in the notes to seller and I will invoice you the extra amount through paypal.
For all international shipping I will find out the costs and time-scales for you as it is now quite complicated to work out the different options.
When shipping to outside the EU I have to complete a customs sticker which goes on your order, I have to complete this fully to compile with all the rules regulations.
Please expect at least 1 week wait for a custom or made-to-order items to be posted. Sometimes this will be longer depending on size of item. Please ask me (convo me) before placing your order for a realistic timescale.
Refunds and Exchanges
All non custom made items in my shop can be returned for a refund or exchange
Please contact me in 7 days regarding a refund or exchange. If you are returning the item because it is damaged I will pay postage costs. However if you are returning the item for any other reason I ask that you pay the postage costs.
I regret that custom orders cannot be returned.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I do not send invoices out with any orders, unless requested by the buyer, if you do require one, please put it in 'notes to seller', thanks.
If you need to contact me, please use the conversation system on Etsy, I will always try to reply with 12 hours.
My home is a smoke free environment. I have got small children and cats but I keep my fabric well away from them all.
Please let me know if there are ever any problems with the item you have received, I want you to be as happy with it as I am.
