I ship most art and custom clothes (bibs and less complex hoops excluded) within the US 1-3 day Priority. This allows up to $50 insurance on lost items, and gets to you much more quickly and reliably. If you would like to take a risk and downgrade shipping to First Class with no insurance, please PM me, but understand that I am not liable for any lost items in transit.

Welcome, friends! I love embroidery and all things handmade and upcycled! I began my handmade journey by blogging about items I created, using upcycled materials. From there, it expanded into pursuing even more crafty hobbies, and I fell in love with hand-embroidery. While I may offer other items in the shop from time to time, hand-embroidery is my first love!

Shipping
I ship within 3-5 business days (M-F) of payment on all Ready-to-Ship Items. See "Shop Announcements" for turnaround time on Made-To-Order hoops. Allow the listed processing time, plus transit time.

I ship all art and custom clothes within the US 1-3 day Priority ONLY. This allows up to $50 insurance on lost items, and gets to you much more quickly and reliably. I ship internationally, and will ship First Class International, which does not offer tracking, and which can take between 7-21 days to arrive, once shipped. If you would like tracking, please convo me for a new shipping price. If you would like a large order and the shipping fee is doing crazy things, please convo me and I can work up a listing for you with an accurate shipping fee. All duty fees or custom fees assessed by your country upon arrival will be your responsibility to pay.

All items will come wrapped in pretty tissue paper and tied with yarn, ribbon or twine--ready for gift-giving or to be unwrapped by you!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with an item, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I will do everything I can to make it right, even refunding if something can not be worked out (less shipping and return shipping).

I do not offer refunds for the following:
Lost items in transit (if you would like to purchase more insurance, please message me before purchasing)
Items listed as "Seconds-Quality" or "As-Is"

When will my order ship?

Please check the listing description to be sure, but, generally, ready to ship items and bibs ship within 1-5 business days and made-to-order hoop art ships within 1-2 weeks. Once it ships, when will I get my order?

Items that ship US First Class mail usually take between 2-5 business days to arrive to you. Those which ship US Priority Mail will take between 1-3 business days. International shipping times vary, but check USPS International for estimates.

What is a "business day"?

A business day is Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Example: you order an item on Thursday. Friday is one business day, Monday two business days and so on, meaning your order would ship between Tuesday-Thursday of the following week, as long as a holiday is not on one of those days.

How do I launder sewn items like bibs and clothing?

Washing on cold and hanging to dry is the best way to prevent shrinking, but you may also tumble dry items on low heat. I prewash all fabric in fragrance free, gentle detergent before sewing an item, but all cotton fabric will shrink somewhat when exposed to heat. Cotton flannel will also show "pilling"—small balls of fabric that give a nubby, soft feeling over time.

I want to send an item as a gift. Do you offer wrapping or personalized notes?

Yes, I do! In "Notes to Seller" at check out, just let me know the item is a gift and I will wrap it and write a note that you specify in the notes section. I never include the price of the item in the package, so this is not a concern.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

On orders of 5 or more of the same item, I do offer a discounted price. Simply PM me to create a custom listing for you.

I haven't received my item or there is something wrong with my item. What should I do?

Luckily, issues with shipping or defects are rare, but I will always do my best to provide resolution. If an item is lost in shipping, and it was sent Priority Mail or you purchased the $1 insurance option that covers up to $300 in items seen here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/259749437/add-insurance-for-first-class-shipping?ref=shop_home_active_6 you may file a claim with USPS to have the item's cost reimbursed. If the item shows "Delivered" to the address you designated, unfortunately, the most I can do is offer to create a duplicate item at a small discount. If an item has a defect, I will ask that you ship the item back to me and upon receipt, I will send a replacement item and reimburse you for the shipping fee.
