Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds or exchanges are not offered once files have been downloaded.

✦ Can you make changes for me?

Yes! I offer custom edits and personalized changes for an additional fee. Turnaround time is typically 1–2 business days.

A separate custom-edit listing is available in my shop. Please message me before purchasing to explain what changes you need so I can confirm availability.

✦ Do you offer printing?

After payment is processed, you will receive a PDF instruction file that includes a link to your Canva template.

Simply open the PDF, click the link, and select “Use Template.” The design will open directly in your Canva account, ready to edit.
