We originally started out under another name, developing websites and creating print advertising materials for local businesses across the Greater Toronto Area. Momenti di Vita was born to cater to the individual and the ability to get more creative in our designs.

♥ RETURN POLICY ♥
We want you to be as happy as we are about our products, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to assist you.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds will be given for the full amount minus shipping costs. A fee of $15 will be deducted for orders shipped free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items returned must be in the original condition and will not be accepted if there are any damages. Custom items are not eligible for returns. Undergarments such as socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the item.

Please ensure the address you have provided is correct, no refund will be given for orders not received due to customer address errors. Customers will need to re-purchase items and shipping in full. For items with free shipping, the cost of re-shipment starts at $15CAD+ depending on the number of items ordered.

♥ EXCEPTIONS ♥
No refunds will be given for items that are delivered after an expected date. Please refer to our shipping policy before ordering and plan accordingly.

No refunds will be given for items that were shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. Please confirm your address on your invoice.

♥ DAMAGED ITEMS ♥
We do our best to package our products as safely as possible, however if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can send you a replacement quickly. Photos of the damaged item are required in order to receive a replacement.

♥ DIGITAL ITEMS ♥
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, all digital items are non refundable.

♥ CUSTOM ITEMS ♥
Custom and personalized orders are unable to be returned or exchanged after they have been printed. Please ensure all information provided is correct. Any errors due to the customer's mistake cannot be refunded.

Sale prices and coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases .

Items are shipped via Canada Post, Canpar & USPS within the processing time stated on the individual item's page.

Canadian Orders: Estimated delivery in 3-8 Business days
US Orders: Estimated delivery in 5-8 Business days
International Orders: Estimated delivery in 7-15 Business Days for cards and prints. Estimated 7-21 business days for packages. (Please allow up to five weeks to arrive due to international customs)

Please note these shipping times are not guaranteed by the Postal Service and should be used as a guideline.

We will provide confirmation once the item(s) are shipped. Every order is wrapped carefully to avoid damage.
