About

We do not see things as they are, but rather as we are...

For me there is a peacefulness in capturing a special moment in the lens and converting it into a piece which inspires that peaceful moment in others.

I try to capture the obvious in a way that makes the observer rethink the moment... Some of my work is blurred and brings about a different perspective. Some are abstract and enables the mind and spirit to flow into the image.

All of my work is professionally lab printed using processes and inks which will last for generations.

About Me:
I am guessing that I took my first picture when I was 5 or 6 years old and I have been hooked every since. I remember shooting with my Grandmothers Kodak 620 and my Mothers old Brownie.

These old cameras were, and still are, great teachers of composition. There is something about looking down into those tiny viewfinders that forces you to frame the shot.

Natural abstracts have always been of great interest to me.

Be Well!
Andy
