Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days in the same condition, and I will refund your payment of the merchandise; custom orders are not refundable. I want everyone to be happy with their treasure.

I accept PayPal, checks, or money orders. Item will be shipped after payment received.
Shipping
I use the USPS for shipping. Let me know if you have a preference for something else. Orders over $75 ship free within the US.

International orders please note: I am not responsible for paying any customs, duty, taxes, VAT or fees. Please be prepared by finding out what the laws are in your country before making a purchase.

Custom orders welcome. Once a design is decided upon, a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid. I will then start working on your order immediately. Balance is due when order is finished and ready to ship. If I have to order special supplies for your order, then full payment will be needed in advance.
